Job summary

CareGard Warranty Services, Inc. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Customer Experience & Account Manager to support our agents and dealers. You will own relationships, lead onboarding, and ensure a smooth partner journey from kickoff to ongoing success.

Collaborate with sales, accounting, claims, and operations to address partner needs, manage monthly activity, and contribute to reporting and improvements. This onsite role rewards ownership, initiative, and a passion for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable partnering across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in automotive, warranty, insurance, or F&I.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agents and dealers
• Lead onboarding and support partners throughout the customer lifecycle
• Resolve issues quickly and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, claims, and operations teams to support partner needs
• Assist with product launches, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives
• Review and distribute monthly commission statements and support data accuracy
• Contribute to reporting, business reviews, and performance insights
• Manage the Support inbox, onboarding documentation, and marketing material requests
