Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Flower Mound, Texas. This onsite, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, renewal support, and proactive account management for employee benefits clients.

You will partner with clients, producers, carriers, and internal teams to educate and educate on benefits options, compliance, and enrollment processes. A licensing requirement and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits account management or similar client service role.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, producers, carriers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, strategic support, and timely solutions for client needs.
• Analyze benefit offerings and develop recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Prepare and present renewal materials to help clients make informed decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, Third-Party Administrators, carriers, and internal teams.
• Lead and support Open Enrollment meetings and client communications.
• Guide clients through benefit administration, compliance, funding options, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain proactive client relationships and ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with the client services team to advance departmental initiatives.
