Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Dallas area seeks a Sr Client Executive to manage complex accounts and develop strategic client relationships, educating clients on missing or newly available coverage options.

You will support advisors, analyze risk, and provide insurance product recommendations while maintaining records and cross-selling across lines. Travel may be required as part of client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of advisory, client management and plan management experience preferred.
• Maintain licenses as required by state insurance authorities or be willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex accounts and develop consultative client relationships.
• Educate clients on missing or newly available coverage options.
• Deliver a distinctive, thoughtful experience with appropriate advice for the client’s situation.
• Maintain records and cross-sell services across company lines.
• Plan and conduct client meetings to review current accounts.
• Support advisors and assist in managing book of business.
