Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to deliver value to health plan clients through strong relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue-focused leadership. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual commitments are met and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes budgeting, project planning, and continuous client engagement. Remote work is available with quarterly travel; competitive compensation and benefits support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in health insurance or healthcare-related industries is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale client relationship management or strategic account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage multiple clients, manage contracts, relationships and contractual commitments.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and revenue expectations for assigned client(s).
• Develop project approach and implementation plans with client(s).
• Oversee development and implementation for client engagements.
• Report progress toward strategic client growth and business goals to engagement leadership.
• Communicate with client(s) regularly and provide recaps for touchpoints.
• Direct contract operations to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Identify and pursue new sources of revenue; support sales opportunities.
