Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to drive engagement across multiple clients, including a top 10 client, while managing contracts and revenue goals. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic coordination, and oversight of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes remote work with some quarterly travel, offering opportunities to upsell services and contribute to financial objectives in a health-focused services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, OR in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in health insurance, client services, or B2B environments is preferred
• Experience working in highly regulated industries with compliance requirements (e.g., finance)
• Large client relationships or account management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
• Develops project approach and implementation plans with client(s)
• Oversees development and implementation of engagements
• Reports to client engagement leadership on progress toward growth and goals
• Communicates with client(s) regularly and provides recaps for touchpoints
• Directs contract operations to ensure delivery of services
• Identifies sources of new revenue and supports sales opportunities
