• Strong communication skills with concise, solutions-oriented status updates to attorneys and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information of highest level.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; transcription experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys and coordinates timelines.
• Prepares and processes new matter forms and engagement documents; coordinates intake and conflict checks.
• Tracks budgets and time entries; collaborates with billing team on inquiries and collections.
• Coordinates client communications and acts as liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
• Proactively manages attorneys' inboxes, drafts and responds to emails, and maintains organized correspondence.
• Prepares, edits, formats, and proofs legal documents with high accuracy and compliance.
