Job summary

Logicalis delivers Elite client partnerships by appointing the Elite Client Delivery Manager to own the strategic and operational customer relationship for Overwatch Elite clients. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery experience, align services with client priorities, expectations, and desired outcomes, and drive value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in managed services or related client-facing technology role.
• Experience owning strategic customer relationships and governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing incidents and escalations.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change, request, escalation, and SLA management.
• Kaseya or Autotask PSA is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery experience and align services with client priorities and outcomes.
• Lead customer governance and service reviews connecting SLA performance to client priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal groups through incident resolution and improvements.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear business discussions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, governance artifacts, and delivery records.
