Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Security Solutions Consultant to serve as the SME overlay for high-value Overwatch Elite deals. The role is the primary technical and strategic authority on engagements requiring complex integration of Managed Services and compliance.

Partners closely with operations team—a well as sales and engineering—to guide customer strategy, navigate rigorous documentation requirements, and advise on future state risks and architectural direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of IT Security experience.
• CISSP, CCA or CCIE certifications.
• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary SME overlay on Overwatch Elite opportunities, driving the technical and compliance strategy for complex Managed Services deals.
• Leads executive-level technical discussions to shape customer direction, aligning business goals with managed security and compliance offerings.
• Collaborates with operations and service delivery to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, compliant, and transition smoothly from scoping to management.
• Evaluates customer environments to identify vulnerabilities and future-state risks, designing strategic roadmaps to mitigate risk and scale with growth.
• Leads scoping and development of complex documentation to meet stringent industry compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Bridges gaps between operations, sales, and engineering to guarantee a unified approach to high-tier engagements.
