Job summary

Logicalis is hiring an Elite Client Delivery Manager for remote US operations. The role owns the customer relationship and end-to-end delivery for Overwatch Elite clients, aligning services with client priorities and desired outcomes.

You will lead governance, incident management, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure value realization. You will coordinate executives and technical stakeholders, manage P1 incidents, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery while

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in managed services or related client-facing technology role.
Experience owning strategic customer relationships and governance discussions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and incident management.

Responsibilities

Owns the strategic and operational customer relationship for assigned clients.
Leads client governance and service reviews tying SLA performance to client priorities.
Manages onboarding and 90-day adaptive burn-in processes and transition to steady-state operations.
Leads Major Incident, escalation, and problem management with cross-functional teams.
Drives cross-functional collaboration across engineering, Service Desk, Security Operations, and Customer Success.
