Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking an Elite Client Delivery Manager in the United States to lead strategic client relationships and the end-to-end delivery experience for Overwatch Elite clients.

You will govern service reviews, drive value realization, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and security teams to meet client priorities. You will oversee onboarding, 90-day burn-in, major incidents, and problem management, while ensuring compliance with contractual and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in managed services or IT operations.
• Experience owning strategic customer relationships and governance discussions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and incident management.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and service-level management.
• Certifications in project management, cloud, security, automation, or service management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer relationship and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Leads governance reviews aligning SLA performance with client priorities.
• Manages onboarding and 90-day adaptive burn-in process.
• Manages major incidents, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
• Orchestrates cross-functional teams around customer priorities.
• Ensures compliance with contractual, legal, security, and Logicalis requirements.
