Responsibilities

• Act as primary SME overlay on Overwatch Elite opportunities, guiding technical and compliance strategy for complex Managed Services deals.
• Lead executive-level technical discussions to align customer goals with managed security offerings.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering to ensure solutions are technically sound, compliant, and smoothly transitioned from scoping to active management.
• Evaluate customer environments to identify current vulnerabilities and future state risks; design strategic roadmaps to mitigate risk.
