Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Manager, Communications to lead the Global Client Communications team. You will develop and execute strategic client communications and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex initiatives into clear messages for customers in the US and Canada.

You will manage projects end-to-end, monitor effectiveness through metrics, and guide a team to improve customer experience and engagement across regulatory, operational, and service updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience with 6+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, client communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for solving problems, improving customer experiences, and finding innovative ways to deliver impactful communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic client communications that keep customers informed of regulatory, operational, contractual, and service-related updates.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business initiatives into clear, customer-focused communications that drive understanding and engagement.
• Manage communication projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, approvals, compliance requirements, and business objectives are met.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and feedback, continuously improving content quality and customer experience.
• Manages team responsible for communicating with the Global Payments US and Canada customer base
