Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing or business development role (insurance preferred).
• Experience with CRM and data-driven sales approaches.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty or Life & Health is a plus or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to meet quotas.
• Develop strategic growth plans using data insights and AI tools.
• Collaborate with service and marketing teams to tailor proposals and maximize revenue.
• Manage client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
