Acrisure is seeking a results-driven Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. The role blends data, technology, and human expertise to deliver value to clients in a fast-paced fintech-insurance environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client-facing roles, familiarity with CRM and AI tools, and a licensing pathway for P&C or Life & Health. On-site collaboration is expected with a focus on growth and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a client facing or business development role.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain license on hire.
• Experience with market expansion and technology-enabled sales.
• Strong technology skills including CRM and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and new business development.
• Acquire new clients and manage deep client relationships.
• Follow structured sales cadences and maintain accurate forecasts.
