Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. The role emphasizes a data-driven, consultative sales approach that blends human connection with technology and AI insights.

You will engage with clients, develop growth plans, and partner with service teams to deliver tailored proposals across multiple lines of business. A campus-like, on-site environment supports collaboration and leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing, client-advising, or business development role required; experience in insurance preferred
• Property and Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Experience with market expansion and using technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts

• Grow revenue by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota
• Acquire and manage clients with a consultative approach and deep relationships
