Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint.

You will blend human connection with technology, using data, CRM, and AI-driven insights to deliver tailored solutions across multiple lines of business. This on-site role requires 3+ years in client-facing sales with licenses preferred or obtainable and a growth-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing or business development experience in sales.
• License in Property & Casualty or Life & Health preferred, or able to obtain on hire.
• Experience expanding into new markets using technology to boost sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and increasing revenue with tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quotas.
• Develop growth plans using data insights and AI-powered tools to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals and tailored solutions.
• Maintain structured sales cadences, forecast accurately, and manage the create–convert–close–retain cycle.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
