Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Director to lead the strategic, operational, financial, commercial, and relationship performance for one or more complex client accounts within Global Occupier Services. This role serves as the primary integrator across the client, C&W service lines, and enterprise partners.

Translate client objectives into an integrated account vision, multi-year strategy, and measurable performance commitments.
Own end-to-end account performance across service lines, geographies, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across one or more integrated service lines, geographies, business units, and client stakeholder groups.
Own account revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and overall P&L performance.
Establish and lead governance frameworks with executive steering committees and reviews.
Lead contract renewals, expansions, and pricing strategies in partnership with Finance and Legal.
Identify growth opportunities and drive organic expansion within the client relationship.
