Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Account Director to manage the client relationship, set strategy, and lead a team of Directors and Sr. Managers within Global Occupier Services across multiple service lines.

You will oversee a revenue range of five to ten million dollars and ensure service delivery excellence and strong client experience. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in management, plus P&L and contract management experience, with the ability to develop talent and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years at management level or other similar capacity.
• Experience in client, P&L and contract management.
• Experience managing an integrated services account across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and set account strategy across multiple service lines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and account governance.
• Oversee service delivery excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage account P&L, contract expansions and renewals.
• Develop talent, promote DEI, and partner with HR, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Operations.
