Job summary

California State University, San Bernardino is seeking an Analyst to provide high-level administrative and technical support for Classification & Compensation Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative work experience with a foundational understanding of public administration principles, practices, and methods.
• Advanced knowledge of public and business administration, operational, and fiscal management.
• Ability to understand problems broadly and develop strategic solutions.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and demonstrate consultative skills with internal and external groups.
• Possess advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent proficiency with standard office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom, LMS, Adobe, Google Drive).
