Job summary

You will apply analytics to complex problems and translate data into actionable recommendations for managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Human Resources experience performing classification duties and writing recommendations.
• Ability to advise managers and stakeholders on classification and compensation matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive classification and compensation analyses with benchmarking and recommendations.
• Perform classification audits by interviewing staff and evaluating responsibilities.
• Plan and lead reviews by facilitating focus groups and updating class specifications.
• Lead data collection and salary surveys to assess market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Provide information in support of labor negotiations.
