The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry invites experienced analysts to apply for a key role in our Classification and Compensation Unit. You will manage compensation data, produce high-level equity reports, and audit job duties to ensure alignment with standards.

You will collaborate with leadership to evolve and maintain job descriptions that meet classification specs while supporting the agency's mission.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws including FLSA and ADOA rules.
• Experience in classification and compensation administration and audits.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and advise leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of data.

• Manages classification and compensation data and position evaluations.
• Produces reports on equity, trends, and compliance with guidelines.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions meeting specifications.
• Enter, update, and verify data using HR systems and reporting tools.
• Provides guidance to leadership and staff on compensation matters.
