Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an experienced Analyst in Phoenix to join the Classification and Compensation Unit. The role centers on professional support for compensation data, reporting on equity and trends, and auditing job duties to ensure compliance and integrity.

You will help evolve job descriptions to meet classification specs while supporting agency objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including FLSA and HR rules.
• Experience using AZ360 and HR data reporting.
• Strong written communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classification and compensation data analysis per ADOA guidelines.
• Prepares job documentation and analytical reports.
• Audits job duties to ensure classification specifications.
• Maintains compensation data and reports on equity and trends.
• Uses AZ360 for HR data entry and reporting relationships.
