Job summary

Vantage seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise security strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management across a global portfolio. You will drive innovation in security technologies, champion a culture of security, and partner with Sales, Legal, and executive leadership to turn security into a strategic differentiator.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in information security or related field.
• 15+ years in information security, IT risk, or related areas with 5–7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience delivering enterprise security strategies with regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Expertise in security technologies, threat intelligence, risk management, cloud, network and application security, and incident response.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop global security teams.
• Strong collaboration and executive stakeholder management in complex organizations.
• Experience in security governance, vendor management, budget oversight, and large-scale programs.
• Clear communication to technical, commercial, and executive audiences; strategic and business-minded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage the global information security team across functions.
• Oversee design, implementation, and monitoring of security programs, policies, and controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks and threats with enterprise visibility to the executive team and board.
• Partner with IT, legal, compliance, risk management and business units to embed security in initiatives.
• Lead incident response planning and post-incident analysis.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and regulatory changes, guiding adoption.
• Drive security awareness and training across the organization.
