Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the enterprise information security program across global operations. You will translate cyber risk into business risk for the CEO and Board, owning regulatory disclosures and ensuring resilience and trust with hyperscale and enterprise cloud customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or related fields.
• At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide security strategies and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Strong collaboration and executive stakeholder management skills in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the global information security team, including architects, analysts, engineers, and specialists.
• Oversee design, implementation and monitoring of security programs, policies, controls to safeguard assets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate cyber risks with enterprise-wide visibility and reporting to executives and board.
• Drive incident response planning, threat detection, containment, and post-incident analysis.
• Represent the organization to regulators, auditors, partners and industry groups on security matters.
