Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or related fields, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide security strategies with regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in security technologies, threat intelligence, risk management, cloud security, network security, application security, and incident response.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop global security teams.
• Strong collaboration and executive stakeholder management across complex organizations.
• Experience in security governance, vendor management, budget oversight, and large-scale programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Strategic mindset translating cyber threats and regulatory landscapes into forward-looking strategy.
• Business insight leveraging data center and digital infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to navigate high-volume, ambiguous risk information to decision-making.
• Travel up to 20% and beyond as needed.
• AI governance fluency with familiarity of AI/ML security risk.
