Job summary

Optimal Blue is seeking a CIO to lead enterprise technology strategy in a cloud‑first, SaaS environment. You will drive modernization, cost optimization, and secure operations while partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure reliability and rapid innovation.

The role requires a seasoned executive with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, strong governance, and a track record of managing cyber risk and regulatory readiness. Strong leadership in a global, distributed workforce is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership with ownership of enterprise technology strategy and delivery.
• Proven SaaS/cloud-first experience in high-availability environments.
• Experience building and leading cohesive, high-performing teams with governance.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise and platform standardization in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned to business and product objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on technology risks, opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Establish governance, decision frameworks, standards, and operating rhythms (planning, KPIs/OKRs).
• Build and mentor high‑performing IT, security, and business platforms.
