Reporting to the CTO, the CISO will protect technology, infrastructure, products, data, and the corporate environment while enabling fast, safe growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience with global software technology products.
• 5+ years in significant security leadership roles in technology/SaaS/HR-tech or data-intensive environments.
• 2+ years as a CISO, VP Security or equivalent in a global SaaS or software company.
• Experience leading security across product tech and corporate IT.
• Strong track record in product and application security, cloud security and modern security architectures.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the global information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Translate security risks into business risk for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead security lifecycle across products, including threat modelling and secure development.
• Oversee identity, data, and infrastructure security and implement Zero Trust principles.
• Manage security operations, incident response, governance, and third-party risk.
