• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership with enterprise technology strategy and delivery responsibilities.
• Experience operating in a SaaS/cloud-first environment with high availability expectations.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technology topics into business outcomes.

• Define and execute the company’s enterprise technology strategy aligned to business and product objectives, including M&A activities.
