CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to partner with the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the financials, governance processes, and executive communications, shaping the budget narrative and performance across the portfolio.

You will drive planning cycles, lead talent reviews, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization. A strong track record in executive communication and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience.
• 6+ years managing and optimizing structured business processes.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and ROI narrative for budget reviews with business partners.
• Run recruiting pipeline and onboarding programs for new colleagues.
• Produce executive-ready materials and town hall content for leadership communications.
• Support annual and mid-year planning cycles with goal setting and scorecard updates.
• Lead talent reviews and engagement action items; drive talent growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates with peer Chiefs of Staff and Data/Analytics teams.
