CVS Health is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, the processes, and the communications that drive the organization's success.

This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and storytelling within a leading analytics group in healthcare. The role emphasizes financial stewardship, operational rhythm, and executive communication across a large, matrixed team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes and onboarding programs.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: managing the capital and operating budget across the portfolio, track value realization and ROI.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline, onboarding, leadership onsite workshops, and meeting cadence for transparency.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials, leadership updates, and town halls.
• Strategic planning and performance management: assist annual/mid-year planning, goals, scorecards.
• Talent management: run talent reviews, engagement survey actions, and growth initiatives.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and DDAT orgs to share best practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
