Qualifications

• 10+ years in business leadership with Chief of Staff experience.
• 8+ years in Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years running structured business processes and onboarding.
• 6+ years of executive-level writing and communications.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets and value realization.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, and onboarding workshops.
• Executive communications: create leadership updates and town hall content.
• Strategic planning and performance: support annual and mid-year cycles.
• Talent management: conduct talent reviews and engagement analysis.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and analytics teams.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to SVP.
