Job summary

SerpApi, a leading search data API, seeks a Chief of Staff in Austin to partner with the CEO and executive team. You will manage communications, align cross-functional priorities, and support key business initiatives in a fast-growing technology company.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, own executive meeting execution, and coordinate scheduling, travel, and logistics. The role requires strategic thinking, confidentiality, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Chief of Staff, senior operations, strategy, or comparable role with executive exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication and sound business judgment.
• Experience running cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Based in Austin and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing priorities, communications, and follow-through.
• Serve as a liaison across departments, driving cross-functional alignment.
• Lead research and analysis on business opportunities and operational improvements with clear recommendations.
• Own executive meeting execution: capture decisions, distribute recaps, track ownership and deadlines.
• Manage executive scheduling, travel, and logistics, directly or with support resources.
• Support the CEO on special projects spanning operations, finance, strategy and administration.
