You will operate in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across executives, investors, and partners while maintaining strict discretion and delivering results with high ownership and growth in equity opportunities.

Formación

• 2–6 years in strategy consulting, investing, startup operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Good judgment on context, audience, and tone, especially for CEO communications.

Responsabilidades

• Keep CEO priorities in view and ensure work advances smoothly.
• Prepare CEO for meetings with context, materials, and decisions.
• Turn meetings into actions by capturing decisions and owners.
• Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders.
• Draft clear communications on behalf of the CEO for various audiences.
• Engage in strategic questions, research, planning, and priority projects.
• Identify and close open loops; own tasks lacking clear ownership.
• Be AI-native; build, automate, and use lightweight tools as needed.
