Job summary

Stelvio Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to drive strategy and execution across the organization.

This senior role requires translating enterprise priorities into clear initiatives, coordinating across functions, supporting acquisitions and integrations, and maintaining a rigorous operating cadence across the leadership team. You will partner with the CEO to ensure decisions translate into action, manage high-priority initiatives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, operations, transformation and related leadership environments.
• Experience directly with a CEO or executive leadership team.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to the CEO on priorities, decisions and challenges.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear initiatives, milestones and ownership.
• Establish and manage an effective operating cadence across the executive team.
• Prepare the CEO for critical meetings with concise, option-based recommendations.
• Drive high-priority initiatives spanning multiple functions or business units.
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks and address them.
• Support acquisitions, integrations and wider transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Development, People, Legal, Technology and leadership.
• Improve alignment and information flow across the executive team.
• Support strategic planning sessions and executive decision forums.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready Board materials.
