Job summary

SerpApi is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with and support the CEO and executive team. You will manage communications, align cross-functional priorities, and drive key business initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating priorities across departments, conducting analyses to inform leadership decisions, and owning executive meeting execution with follow-through on action items and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Chief of Staff or senior operations/strategy role with direct executive exposure.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion, and business judgment.
• Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools and fast-learning with data/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, prioritizing, communicating, and following through on high-value work.
• Serve as a liaison across departments, aligning cross-functional priorities.
• Lead research and analysis on opportunities and operational improvements with clear leadership recommendations.
• Own executive meeting execution: capture decisions, distribute recaps, and track ownership and deadlines.
• Manage executive scheduling, travel, and logistics, coordinating with support resources.
• Support the CEO on special projects spanning operations, finance, strategy and administration.
