Agency Cybersecurity, a fast‑growing cybersecurity startup in Boston, is hiring a Partner Channel Manager to recruit and enable channel and referral partners in a 100% in‑person role. You will drive co‑selling, build joint business plans, and collaborate with sales and marketing to expand revenue.

Travel to partner events is required. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 with on‑target earnings (OTE) of $130,000, reflecting a performance‑based bonus plan.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard new channel and referral partners aligned with go‑to‑market strategy.
• Build day‑to‑day relationships with partners and serve as their primary contact.
• Develop joint business plans with partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
