Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking ambitious, self-directed Commercial Sales Manager in Florida to drive growth by recruiting and developing dealer and integrator partnerships in the commercial security ecosystem. You'll combine business development, relationship management, and partner enablement to accelerate Alarm.com's market presence, with travel up to 50-75% and a consultative, outcomes-driven approach.

Qualifications

Experience in sales of commercial security products (access control, alarm systems, video surveillance).
Proven history of increasing revenue, closing new accounts, and growing accounts.
Ability to sell concepts and value-added services.
Strong client/account management track record.
Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently.
Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

Prospect, onboard, and develop new commercial dealers into the Alarm.com partner program.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your account base; resolve obstacles to dealer success.
Support dealers in presenting to large end-user opportunities.
Coordinate and deliver on-site product, technical, and sales training for dealers.
Educate industry partners on Alarm.com's offerings to drive dealer sales activity.
Collaborate with Sales leadership and territory Account Executives to identify opportunities.
