Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking ambitious, self-directed individuals with proven outside sales experience to join our Commercial Sales team. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will drive growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing dealer and integrator partnerships, combining business development with partner enablement to expand Alarm.com's market presence.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, train dealers on products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, installation, and support of commercial security products.
• Proven history of increasing revenue, closing new accounts, and growing accounts.
• Ability to sell concepts and value-added services.
• SaaS/RMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and develop new commercial dealers into the Alarm.com partner program
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your account base, identifying and resolving obstacles to dealer success
• Support commercial dealers in presenting to large end-user opportunities
• Coordinate and deliver on-site product, technical, and sales training for dealers
• Develop relationships with industry partners and educate them on Alarm.com's offerings to drive dealer sales activity
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and territory Account Executives to identify target opportunities and support efforts
• Represent Alarm.com at industry association meetings and trade shows
• Partner cross-functionally with Dealer Operations & Support, Sales Support & Training, Product Management, and Marketing
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff and the inside sales team
• Other duties as assigned
