Job summary

BLR | Leadership Platforms | CCMI is seeking a Channel Sales Executive in Nashville to drive revenue through partners by building, enabling, and scaling channel relationships. You will work with sales leadership to set strategy, source new reseller partnerships, and expand existing relationships to meet revenue targets.

You will coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and support to ensure partner performance and protect the value proposition, while managing conflicts and pursuing upsell

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales channel sales, partner sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• CRM-driven with forecasting and pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategy with leadership.
• Source and expand reseller and channel partnerships to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with sales, product, marketing and support to meet partner objectives.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to strengthen the value proposition for partners.
• Manage channel conflicts through effective communication and collaboration.
• Negotiate mutual objectives and milestones with partners.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure alignment of partner and company goals.
• Maintain accurate sales data and timely forecasting.
