Job summary

Rémy Cointreau USA is seeking a Senior Market Manager to drive channel-specific performance in priority markets through the distributor selling division and priority Asian accounts. This role reports to the Senior Market Manager and focuses on improving sell-in and sell-through with distributor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing within retail and/or 3‑Tier distribution environment.
• Must be 21 yrs of age or older; valid driver’s license; authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor channel selling division performance in priority markets.
• Execute regular account sales calls and distributor rideshares to drive sell-in and sell-through, and execution of Remy-Cointreau visual merchandising.
• Executes channel / division planning and review process.
• Sell in and ensure execution of programming aligned with RC Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Hands-on responsibility for brand education, visual merchandising standards, program deployment, and distribution growth initiatives at channel/division level.
• Collaborate with distributor network to focus on Remy-Cointreau portfolio at accounts with regular communication and training.
• Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution and sampling.
• Build and maintain relationships with priority accounts to influence and execute visual merchandising standards with distributor partners.
