Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks via data analysis.
• Lead process improvement to enhance member experience and sales effectiveness.
• Translate strategies into executable programs with timelines.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Provide executive-ready communications and reporting.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and partners.
• Leverage call center and sales ops expertise for optimization.
• Anticipate issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Connect information across programs to provide insights.
• Facilitate productive meetings and decisions.
• Develop executive communications translating concepts into outcomes.
• Use judgment to evaluate situations and act with minimal supervision.
