• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and operational performance.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
• Provide concise, proactive communication to executives and drive progress with accountability.
