Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales operations, or related environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-priority projects.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates, risks and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in fast-paced settings.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• PMP certification or 4+ years of advanced PM experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience within healthcare.
• 4+ years of tech experience supporting business operations.
• 2+ years with telephony, IVR, CRM, or related contact center tech.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience, agent efficiency and sales effectiveness.
• Translate strategies into executable programs, timelines and measurements.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology and external partners.
• Provide concise, proactive communications and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Drive stakeholder accountability and progress across multiple initiatives.
