Formación

• 3+ years in call center or sales operations or related operational environment.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with business transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates and risks to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and exec status reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, and sales effectiveness.
• Translate strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
