Humana, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy across multiple lines of business.

The role drives program effectiveness through strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision‑making in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, identifying risks and accelerating delivery while coordinating across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center or sales operations.
• Experience leading multiple high-priority projects.
• 3+ years driving cross-functional initiatives involving transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating project updates and risks to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving initiatives to completion without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution, using project management methods and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, operational gaps, and business risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, sales effectiveness, and performance.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
• Provide concise updates, strategic recommendations, and visibility into risks and progress.
