Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead multifaceted engagements for federal civilian clients in strategy and transformation. You will drive organizational change, conduct senior-level requirements gatherings, and deliver strategic reports and SOPs.

Leadership in client relationships, strong analytical能力, and the ability to travel are essential. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to internal communities of practice and business development activities.

Formación

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Five (5+) years of professional experience in management consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience in strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, monitoring and evaluation, or emergency preparedness.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop insights, and recommend solutions to complex organizational challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop executive-ready deliverables.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key member and leader in multidisciplinary consulting engagements for federal civilian agency clients.
• Support clients through complex organizational change, including reorganizations and operating model shifts.
• Conduct requirements-gathering activities with senior federal clients (interviews, workshops, focus groups).
• Apply analytical skills to collect and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Lead the development of client deliverables such as gap analyses, findings and recommendations reports, requirements documents, processes, and SOPs.
• Deliver high-quality client service in dynamic environments while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients at multiple levels.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
• Support team culture through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as communities of practice and proposal efforts.
