Responsibilities include coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and helping organizations navigate transitions effectively.The Strategy and Change Consultant also involves conducting research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools to develop communications, track project milestones, monitor stakeholder feedback, and support decision-making. Working directly with government clients, the consultant will coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and help clients achieve their mission objectives. **What You Will Need:** * Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
