Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in analytics, communications, change management, or strategy.
• Experience with government clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess organizational impacts and develop communication strategies.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans and help navigate transitions effectively.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 to develop communications and track milestones.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements for operational effectiveness in government projects.
