Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Business Transformation Consultant to provide transformation and program strategy support for an emergency management client. You will help organizations identify, evaluate, and solve complex challenges to help fulfill the mission and comply with federal laws and regulations.

You will lead in documenting current processes, developing streamlined operations, and presenting prioritized recommendations for short-, mid-, and long-term actions.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET security clearance required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Document existing business processes and support development of new processes to improve operations.
• Develop recommendations to streamline numerous processes/operations.
• Support the development of a unified program strategy leveraging best practices.
• Present insights and recommendations for client prioritization and investment.
• Support implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term recommendations.
• Assist in consolidating and analyzing data to support data-driven decisions.
