Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Change and Training Lead to partner with Program Leads, deliver change management and training across public sector clients, and act as a liaison for successful system implementation. The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, communications, and learning development across complex projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in organizational change management and 3+ years in tech/data environments, with strong client relationships and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, including communications, engagement, and learning.
• 3+ years’ experience on complex, modern technology and data projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for user guides, presentations, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive change management and enablement with clients to identify stakeholders, assess readiness, and tailor change plans.
• Develop and tailor communications templates and channels for audiences, coordinating stakeholder rosters.
• Create and facilitate training materials in PowerPoint or similar tools, delivering in-person workshops or webinars.
• Collaborate with program leaders, technical leads, and data leads to deliver cohesive solutions.
